中国新兴建设开发总公司(原中国人民解放军总后勤部工程总队)创建于1953年,现为房屋建筑工程施工总承包特级资质企业,是国务院国资委管理的中央企业，拥有公路工程和机电安装工程施工两项总承包一级资质,拥有地基与基础、建筑装饰装潢、建筑幕墙、钢结构、机电设备安装等5项专业承包一级资质和装饰幕墙、钢结构、装潢三项甲级设计资质，具有中国建设银行AAA资信等级。总公司下辖六个土建公司和装饰装潢、钢结构、基础、道桥、房地产开发、试验检测、租赁等门类齐全的专业公司，设有科研、设计、计量等专门机构，在上海、天津、西安、广州、郑州、长沙等地设有近30个分公司。现有各类技术人员2400余名，国家一级建造师310人，总资产34亿元，年施工能力800万平方米。

China Xinxing Construction & Development General Corporation was founded in 1953 and originally served the General Logistics Department of P.L.A. for military utilities. Now the company has developed one of the leading general contractors in China construction area, which owns the highest ranked qualification of house building, along with a series of first-rank special certifications in highway engineering, mechanical & electrical installation, groundwork & foundation engineering, architectural decoration, steel structures and curtain wall design.
As one of the central state-owned enterprises, the company now is directly administrated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Our business scope ranges from industrial and civil works, roads & bridges to real estate development and equipment lease, etc. So far, our subsidiaries and branches have covered most big cities over the country. Meanwhile, we have specific institutions for technology research, designing and testing.
At present, the company possesses total assets of RMB 3.8 billion and AAA credit rating by China Construction Bank. With more than 2400 technicians and 300 national charted engineers, the current annual construction capacity reaches 8 million square meters.
